Dr Gary Finelle received his Dental Degree from the University of Paris 7, France in 2009. He completed his doctoral thesis working on soft tissue healing around implants. Between 2011 and 2013, he joined the Advanced Graduate Program of Oral Implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachussets) as a full time resident. His major field of interests is the application of digital technology into the surgical and prosthetic implant treatment workflow. He is involved in implant related research and has published in scientific peer-reviewed journals. Now based in Paris, Dr Gary Finelle, lectures nationally and internationally. He is currently an ITI fellow (International Team for Oral Implantology), an active member of the American Dental Club Of Paris, and of EAO (European Academy of Osseointegration). He is part time clinical faculty in the esthetic department of University Paris V. His private practice in Paris is limited to surgical and restorative implant rehabilitations, and prosthodontics.

Studied dentistry at the University of Nijmegen Dental School from 1979-1984.
After graduating he joined the department of Oral Function and worked in de section of special dental care and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. He received his PhD in 1996 on the subject of overdentures on dental implants; “The Breda Implant Overdenture Study”. In that year he left Academia. From 1985 till 2006 he worked at the Amphia teaching Hospital in Breda in the department of Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics.

In 1985 he started a general dental practice which since 1990 is a referral practice for Oral Implantology. Has been president of the Dutch Prosthodontic Association and the Dutch Association for Gnathology. He is an ITI fellow since 1993. In the ITI he has served as a member of the ITI education Core Group for 8 years. Since 2012 he is a member of the ITI research committee and in 2013 has been elected as an ITI board member at large..

In 2006 he accepted the position of Professor of Oral Implantology and Prosthetic Dentistry at ACTA Amsterdam which he combines with his referral practice. He is the head of the section of Oral Implantology and Prosthetic Dentistry . The research areas in his section are focused on “CAD/CAM treatment optimization”, “Digital Dentistry, treatment evaluation and workflow” ,” implant surface and bone substitute optimization” “peri-implantitis” as well as “ the evaluation of different implant based treatment modalities”.

Professor Paul Tipton is an internationally acclaimed Specialist in Prosthodontics who has worked in private practice for more than 30 years. He is the founder of Tipton Training Ltd, one of the UK’s leading private dental training academies and the author of over one 100 scientific articles for the dental press. He was voted in the Top 20 ‘most influential dentists in the UK’ by his peers in Dentistry Magazine in April 2012, the leading Prosthodontist in the poll and was voted in the top 5 dentists in Private Dentistry’s Elite 20 poll, January 2012.

He gained his Master’s Degree in 1989 from the Eastman Dental Hospital and London University and started teaching on the University of Manchester’s MSc in Restorative Dentistry. He is now Professor of Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry at the City of London Dental School.

His private dental training academy, Tipton Training, was founded in 1991 and to date over 3000 dentists have completed a one year course at the Academy.

In 1992, Prof. Tipton was awarded an honorary Diploma in General Dental Practice from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and was appointed a member of the British Dental Association’s Independent Practice Committee. In 1999, he was certified as a Specialist in Prosthodontics by the General Dental Council.

Prof Tipton is on the editorial board of Private Dentistry Magazine, The Journal of Indian Prosthodontics Society and Implant Dentistry and is a medical writer and part of the advisory board at Expert Beauty Magazine and ‘Woman’s’ magazine. He was a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is the past president of the British Academy of Implant Dentistry and is currently the President of the British Academy of Restorative Dentistry. He was recently elected Fellow of the International Academy of dental Facial Esthetics (IADFE) and Associate Fellow of the University of Warwick.

Philip Tan is a registered specialist prosthodontist in Melbourne, AUSTRALIA. He completed his undergraduate education in Melbourne before working in general practice in West Gippsland. After a further year of study in the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Dentistry program, Philip then travelled to the USA for his specialist prosthodontic training. A further two years was spent working in the USA and teaching at the University of Iowa.

Since graduation Philip has published multiple papers and lectured on a variety of scientific and clinical topics including treatment planning decisions, restorative techniques for compromised teeth, use of ceramics with implants, magnification for prosthodontics and the accuracy of CAD/CAM systems. Several prosthodontic awards have been received as a result of these endeavours. Philip is an active reviewer for the Journal of Prosthodontics, a forum moderator for the ADAVB, reviewer for the Dental Board of Australia and a prosthodontic post-graduate student examiner for the University of Melbourne.

Philip has been back in Melbourne since 2006 and currently works in full time private practice in Cheltenham and enjoys providing all aspects of prosthodontic care. Philip’s current interest is the implementation of digital technology to everyday practice and is currently involved in several research projects.

Dr. Mahn is a graduate from the University of Chille, School of Dentistry. He received the German DDS in Munster, Westfalen Lippe one year later. The New York University College of Dentistry certified him as Implantologist in 2007. In 2008, he published his doctorate thesis in 2008 titled "Osseointegration of zirconia implants, an in vivo study" and got his doctorate degree in 2010.

Between 2007 and 2009 he worked for Ivoclar Vivadent at the ICDE (International Center for Dental Education), Schaan, Liechtenstein. Later he joined Samaya clinic in Jeddah, KSA between 2009 and 2011. Currently he is an associate at CIPO clinic in Santiago, Chille and is the Head of Clinical Research at the Universidad de los Andes in Santiago, Chille. He has been lecturing intensively about Esthetic Dentistry and Implantology in more than 40 countries and is author from several articles.

Dr Krishnan is Internationally renowned as the creator of one of the world's most popular adult cosmetic orthodontic systems - CFAST (Cosmetically Focused Adult Straight Teeth).

He qualified from Dundee University in 1993 and his practice, Lubiju in Edinburgh, was Highly Commended as best Specialist Practice in Scotland and voted Best Private Practice in East Scotland. Dr Krishnan has also been recognised as one of Scotland's outstanding dentists.

Dr Krishnan lectures extensively nationally and internationally primarily on cosmetically focused orthodontics, in which he has pioneered revolutionary new concepts using the C-FAST Adult Cosmetic Orthodontic System which he personally developed. He has published in many journals internationally and recently authored the first book on cosmetic orthodontics.

Vanik Kaufmann-Jinoian, born in 1958 in Calcutta, India, grew up in Basel, Switzerland where he also had his professional training as dental technician. He then specialized in ceramic veneering works in several Swiss laboratories.
During this period he also attended a marketing training in the U.S.A. For VITA-Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, he worked as a trainer on international level. After having opened his own dental lab in 1990 this has become a limited job. Today he is head of a dental lab in Liestal, Switzerland where all domains of modern dentistry are represented.
Presently he is working as a CAD/CAM consultant for Sirona, Bensheim. His large experience in the field of dental ceramics processing is also reflected in regular publications and lecturing all over the world

Dr James Russell has been awarded the highly prestigious British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) Accreditation in recognition of excellence in cosmetic dentistry, the youngest dentist to achieve this.

James’ work has been widely published in the dental press and he regularly lectures and instructs dentists on the art and science of aesthetic and restorative dentistry both in the UK and abroad, recently he has helped develop new techniques with the Inman Aligner to promote the provision of minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry.

His opinions and skills are heavily featured in magazines, on radio and since 2009 James has been the dental expert providing advice and treatment on Channel 4’s highly popular, BAFTA winning, Embarrassing Bodies program.

1992 after apprenticeship for dental technology in Stuttgart he worked as dental technician at School for Dental Medicine, Tübingen, Germany. Five years at a renowned laboratory in Stuttgart were followed by a collaboration with Kenneth A. Malament DDS, MScD, in Boston, USA and support as visiting lecturer the Postdoctoral Program for Prosthodontics at Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine and Harvard School for Dental Medicine in Boston, USA.

In 1999 Joachim Maier left Master School in Munich, Germany, awarded. In the same year he was co-founder and part owner of Bodensee Dentaltechnik AG, a metal free dental laboratory limited to All Ceramic and CAD/CAM technology in Meersburg, Germany.

2008 he won the award “Best Lecture of 2008” at ADT Congress in Stuttgart, Germany.
Today he is running the Bodensee Oral Design Center, located in Überlingen at Lake Constance in South of Germany. The laboratory is specialised on fixed prosthesis with All Ceramic Systems.

He gives presentations and courses on All Ceramic, minimal invasive restorations, implant borne prosthesis, CAD/CAM technology and reports on his 15 years experience with laminated Zirconia and more than 10.000 Units in Europe, United States and Asia.

Maria Hardman, an experienced clinician, has been been a general dental practitioner for 28 years and is successfully running her own Private Practice and training centre, in Oxford, UK.

After graduating from Birmingham University in 1985, she worked in associate and locum positions, as well as running her own practice, since 1990. Maria’s real interest in dental implants, started in 1996 and she attended courses throughout the world, culminating in a Master’s degree in Implantology at Lille University Medical School. She received her diploma in 2004. In 2006 Maria received a Certificate and Diploma of Honour for Clinical Radiological Anatomy of the head and neck.

Maria was the founder and former president of the Oxford Society of Oral Implantology, which was inaugurated in 2004; through this she was heavily involved in mentoring postgraduate dentists in implantology. More recently she held a post as clinical tutor on the Implant Masters programme at the University of Central Lancashire Preston. She now focuses on mentoring colleagues within her own training centre. In 2006, she decided to realise her dream of designing and creating her ‘perfect ‘ practice, incorporating purpose built clinical and training facilities. It was with these thoughts in mind that the blueprint for the Clinic 95 was first conceived and the rules put in place for a truly state-of-the-art facility.

Maria is a Member of British Dental Association, Association of Dental Implantology, Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Faculty of Dental Surgeons Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr. Adam S. Foleck graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1997 and completed an AEGD Residency from the University of Mississippi Dental School in 1998. Afterwards he joined a practice and a later completed the Maxi Course at the Medical College of Georgia in 2002.

In 2004, he took over ownership and established The Foleck Center for Cosmetic, Implant and General Dentistry. He has been an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) since 2002, working on several committees and serving as chairman of Membership and the Marketing and PR committees. He is the past President of the Southern District as well as a past Trustee on the Board of Trustees. He is an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology (ABOI).

Ike is a New Zealand Registered Dental Technician, specializing in fixed prostheses. His fascination has always been with All-ceramic and Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations. All his work reflects on the principles which he teaches in his workshop; the importance of achieving Fit, Form, Function and Esthetic.

Since 2008, Ike joined Ivoclar Vivadent AG as a Business Development Manager for South East Asia. As part of the business growth in the region, Ike is regularly lecturing and conducting hands-on workshop for dentists and dental technicians in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and India. He is also a regular guest lecturer at various Universities amongst these countries.

Ike graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Anatomy and Structural Biology from the School of Medicine; before his fascination in the field of Dentistry. In 2003, he graduated with Distinction, a Bachelor Degree in Dental Technology from the School of Dentistry. Since then, he became a New Zealand Registered Dental Technician, and selected to be a Board Member of the New Zealand Dental Council. He was profoundly involved in the production side of removable prostheses for a few years before he decided to pursue his passion in the fixed prosthodontics discipline.

Currently, Ike is working closely with a small number of clinical Key Opinion Leaders on study cases in Implantology, Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry.

Mr. Andrea Bonfiglio from Italy is a certified Dental Technician since 1986. For the past 20 years he has been working in dental labs in Europe and Asia, mainly focusing on precision combination works on fixed and removable prostheses, complete prosthesis, implant works, full ceramic crowns and bridges, and clear aligners (orthodontic treatment).

Since 2005 he is working independently in his own dental lab and is now focusing on his passion as trainer and consultant for CAD/CAM technology and zirconia applications.
